RouteWeave is an early-stage independent project. This notice explains how we handle information when you request a route or early access.
Information we collect
If you submit the request form, we collect your email address, profession, qualification country and destination country, the time of your consent, and a record of the privacy notice version. Please do not send passport numbers, identity documents, diploma scans, medical information, or other sensitive data.
Why and how long we use it
We use the request to measure which routes people want us to research and, if you explicitly agree, to send at most one early-access or launch email about this project. We keep route requests for up to 12 months and remove expired records the next time the request store is updated. We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your request or withdraw permission at any time by emailing info@servicewestfriesland.nl. Include the address you used in the form so we can find it.
Technical data
The form uses a short-lived abuse-prevention record derived from the request connection address. It does not store the original address, and it expires within one hour. The site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
